Seeking a simple E newsletter based website whereby subcribers can subscriber to the newsletter (to all or one of say 4 catagories) on the home page.
The latest newletter is the main part of the home page, but their is an archive for old newsletter broken into all 4 catagories.
Would also like a discusssion board for each catagory for subscribed members and also a "www.digg.com" element whereby subscribers can post news links per catagory, and the stories then ranked by most posted.
Also want a voting mechanism, whereby subscribers can be asked to voted on certain issues within the newsletter or on site.
Seeking nice webdesign/colour scheme with logo and google ads for each page.
