custom banner ad

Hi folks,
I urgently need a custom banner designed. It is an unusual dimension: 440px x 248px. Apparently it also needs to be saved as a jpg at 72dpi...I don't know what dpi is but I am assuming that is no big deal.
The banner is for my wine web site and will be displayed in an email newsletter. I will supply all the relevant details to the winning bidder.
A few other things to note:
- I need this today so please only bid if you can work on it immediately.
- Payment will be via SL escrow.
- Auto bids will be ignored
- It would be great to see examples of your previous work.
- Please ask any questions before bidding.
