Used Car Results # Change PHP

I'm looking for a script that can take the results of a preowned car inventory sales page, parse through the results,
find the phone number, and change it to a new number, then post the new results with the new phone number on my website.
I'm guessing this will be done PHP. I'm open to any recommendations. I look forward to responses.
I'll provide the link with your responses. I'm looking to complete this by Mid-March.
