We need a website reface asap. Just has to be modern and professional and an original design.

Need a super fast turn around
Right now it was done in dreamweaver and has a 1990s look...
We want it be done in Dreamweaver again as a dreamweaver templated website. (No photoshop templates cut up in imageready with crappy css please) It needs to load fast and not be so graphic intense. So a person on a dial up connection can still load it before the next millenium passes. A few images that kind of show what the website is about...and a professional layout...would be the best.
Would like to have the template by tomorrow. With one main area in the center in a an editable region called MAIN.
