Mexico Armado VBULLETIN CUSTUM

www.mexicoarmado.com must look new, i need an expert on vbulletin theme design, that can redesin the images we have, buttons, icons corners etc. I want to keep same colors and basicly look new, same concept, just look like a new car, like ford mustang 97 and ford mustang 2007 same car, same style just changed the looks to look cleaner and nicer and newer. Proyect must be completed before dic 24 2007. Some buttons are in spanish, some others are not and we need them in spanish.
