This is a simple and easy project that any technical research or manual author can do.
I run a website that provides landlords in the UK with information and tips on how to maximise the income they generate from their rental property and how to eliminate the risk associated with investing in property.
I require 50 articles in total to cover the following areas:
1.Tips On Getting Started In the Property Business And Issues To Avoid
2.Tips On What properties to buy for renting out purposes and what to avoid
3.Tips On Financing the purchase of the property, how to avoid the mortgage crunch and getting value for money such as assessing the loan
4.Tips on how to get the property rented out quickly for maximum rent and what to avoid
5.Tips on choosing the right tenants to occupy their property
6.Tips on managing the property and what to avoid
7.Tips on dealing with bad tenants and Evicting the bad tenants
8.Tips on dealing with tax issues
You will need to submit for my approval the title headings of the range of articles that you intend to write for each of the sections above.
Each of the articles must be well will be written to target landlords with properties in the London area (united Kingdom) and teach everything ranging from articles teaching how to set the rents landlords charge at the right level, how to get the best rent, how to rent out their property fast...all about letting and managing their rental properties. Each article written will be suitable for directory submission.
Each article should be a minimum of 650+ words in length. It should further include a short, catchy headline (max. 80 characters), a summarizing description (max. 200 characters), then the article content itself.
Again .. What I am looking for are articles that will rank well in search engines, BUT they must also be relevant, informative and "captivating". "
Articles must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Be written in a grammatically correct and free-flowing style according to UK English.
2. Contain between 1 and 2% keyword density
3. Title must match the exact keyword phrase
4. Article body must be at least 650 words in length and no more than 650 words in length
5. All work must be 100% ORIGINAL CONTENT, absolutely no copying and pasting, and no duplicate content. All articles will be checked to make sure they are not plagiarized.
7. All work is considered "Work for hire" under U.K. copyright law. Upon completion of the project, I will retain full, exclusive rights to the material. In accepting this contract, you are providing work made for hire, In other words, the buyer (me) and only the buyer will own the copyright and all rights to the work. You may not publish then work in any way. Please do not apply unless you agree to this stipulation.
8) All articles must be written in English with proper spelling, grammar and vocabulary usage. All articles must be proof read.
9) Time frame: 2-3 weeks.
Please include at least two sample piece with your bid which represents the quality of work that I can expect for this project.

I currently operate several websites, and I am looking for a long-term working relationship. If we work well together you can expect more work from me
