Airplane Reservation System
I need a project for airplane reservations
The Project must have the following parts:
- Administration of clubs (Clubname, Adress, etc.) - this system will use different clubs, but every club sees only his own members, airplanes, etc.
This will only administred by the system-admin
- Signup and Administration of members of the clubs (Name, Licences, Username, , Password, E-Mail, Address, Userlevel e.g. Admin, User, etc.)
This will administred by the club himself and of course by the system-admin
- Administration of the airplanes of the clubs (Type, License Number, Seats, next Check, Picture, MTOW,Manufactor)
Administration of User <--> Airplane (which User can reserve which airplane)
This will administred by the club himself and of course by the system-admin
- Administration of costs (adjustable per airplane)

- Message-System inside of one club with inbox, sent-mail, trash and folders
- Reservationsystem with calendar(maybe in flash) where a user can reserve one or more airplanes on a specific date and time (hours or complete days). If this airplane is already reserved, an other user can reserve it on the waiting list so if the first user cancels the reservation the next user will have the reservation.
If a user gets the reserveratoin he should be informed per mail or sms about this.
A User can cancel his reservation over web or sms.
On the calendar the user can see all reservations of the airplanes (of course only the planes, he is allowed to reserve)
- Newssystem per Clubs (a club can announce some news)
- Useable also with mobile phones (eg iphone, Windows Mobile, Android)
- Multilanguage (the project must be available in english and german - the translation will be made)
- Invoices for the Users with pdf export. There must be listed the monthly fees (if there are any), the usage fees and the taxes (Taxes may adjustable in the admindesktop)
- Professional look
- The program must have two sections. One section is the admin-desktop for the operator of the page.
In this desktop we must be able to print invoices to the clubs. The clubs can use this portal to organize their airplanes and we will charge them. So we need a monthly fee and a fee per airplane. This invoice must be exportet every month as pdf.
- The second section is the userinterface where the clubs (eg their members) can logon and administrate their airplanes, members, costs per airplane, news and so on). This is also the desktop where the memebers can make their reservations. A member with limited access can only reserve a specific airplane - a member with admin access can administrate all club belonging parts.
