Excel Macro/Script

I need a script that will take an existing csv file and create it in the format I need..

See the attached files:

214_product.xlsx is the source file (just a sample as actual file has 28,000 products and is too large to upload)

1.csv is the format I require it in

There are some things in particular that the script needs to be able to do:

1) create categories for products based on Class Columns (AN, AP, AR, AT)

There are some things that need to be taken into account:

- Moving Categories: if a products Class 1 Category is Power Tool Accessories, it will now become a subcategory with Class 1 Category Power Tools. This will happen to about 5 - 8 categories.

- Renaming Categories - some categories will have different names

- deleting categories - there are some categories, whose products we don't need to store on the website

2) Create a price based on the category of the product and the best cost column. For example all of Power Tools products will be priced at "best cost" + 20%.

3) The final CSV file will need to be split into smaller files of 500 items per file.
